Haven't received a tracking number?
Orders placed after 4pm are dispatched the next working day. If it has been more than 48 hours, WhatsApp 0336 6855657 with your order number and we will chase it.

That is usually normal — scans can lag, especially between cities. If it has been more than three working days with no movement, message us and we will open a query with the courier.
