How long does it take to work?
Most people notice a warm, soothing effect within the first few applications. For stiffness and long-standing aches, use it consistently morning and night for two to four weeks before judging — that is what the multi-bottle packs are sized for.
Is it safe to use?
It is a topical oil for external use on unbroken skin. Patch-test on your inner forearm and wait 24 hours before first full use. Keep it away from eyes, and stop if any irritation appears. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing an existing condition, speak to your doctor first.
Can I use it if I have arthritis?
Many of our customers use it on joints affected by arthritis as part of their daily comfort routine. It is a supportive topical oil, not a treatment for arthritis, and it is not a replacement for anything your doctor has prescribed. Use it alongside your existing care, not instead of it.
Is it suitable for elderly people?
Yes — it is one of our most common uses. The dropper makes it easy to control the amount, and there is no menthol sting, which older skin often finds harsh. A family member applying it during a gentle massage works well.
How often should I apply it?
Twice daily is the standard routine: once in the morning and once before bed. Add a third application after exercise or a long day on your feet if the area is complaining.
What is actually in the bottle?
Refined ostrich oil as the base, blended with botanical carrier oils. No synthetic dyes, no artificial fragrance, no petroleum fillers. The full ingredient list is printed on every carton and on the product page.
Does it have a strong smell?
No. It has a light, neutral scent that fades within minutes — unlike menthol balms, you can apply it before leaving the house without announcing it to everyone around you.
Will it stain my clothes?
It absorbs fully when massaged in properly, so it should not. Give it 15 minutes before dressing, and use the recommended 6–8 drops rather than over-applying.
Can I use it after workouts?
Yes. Apply to the muscle groups that took the load and massage for two to three minutes. It is a common part of a post-training wind-down.
Can I use it with medication I already take?
It is applied to the skin, not swallowed, so it does not interact the way an oral product would. Even so, if you are on prescribed medication or under treatment for a joint condition, mention it to your doctor before adding anything new.
How long does one bottle last?
Roughly one month at 6–8 drops twice a day on one or two areas. If you are treating several areas — both knees and a lower back, for example — expect closer to three weeks.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, anywhere in Pakistan — you pay the courier in cash when the parcel reaches your door. If you would rather pay in advance we also accept JazzCash, Easypaisa and bank transfer. International orders are prepaid by card or bank transfer, as COD is not available outside Pakistan.
How long is delivery?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Inside Pakistan: 2–3 working days to major cities, 3–5 working days elsewhere. International: usually 7–14 working days depending on the destination and customs. A tracking number is sent by SMS or WhatsApp as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Do you deliver to my city?
We ship to every city and most towns in Pakistan through our courier partners — Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta and beyond. Enter your address at checkout and it will confirm coverage.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Yes — we ship worldwide, including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. International orders are prepaid and shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight. What if it does not work for me?
If the bottle is unopened and its seal is intact, return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. If you have opened it and it genuinely has not helped, write to us anyway — we would rather hear about it and sort something out than keep money from an unhappy customer.
